1. Agreement
By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Services, Booking & Payment
Photography services (events, seniors, family portraits) are provided as agreed in your session invoice/confirmation. A non-refundable retainer secures your date. Full payment terms will be detailed in your invoice.

3. Image Copyright & Usage
• All copyrights to images remain with the Photographer.
• Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license for prints, social media sharing, and personal use.
• Client may not sell or commercially exploit images without written permission.

4. Portfolio & Marketing Use
By booking, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session on the Photographer’s website, social media, marketing materials, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless the Client notifies the Photographer in writing before the session about any privacy restrictions. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests for images not to be shared publicly.

5. Gallery Access & Passwords
Online galleries (including password-protected galleries) are provided for Client viewing and personal download.
• Requests for gallery passwords or password changes must be made in writing (e.g., email).
• The Photographer is not responsible for unauthorized access once passwords are shared.

6. Cancelations & Rescheduling
Cancelations and requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply if notice is shorter than specified in your agreement.

7. Limitations of Liability
The Photographer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Image delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services or the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
