By booking and signing these Terms, you consent to the Photographer’s use of those images on the Photographer’s website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio unless you provide written notice prior to the session asking that certain images not be shared publicly.

4. Gallery Passwords & Security
Online gallery passwords are issued for Client access. Clients are responsible for password confidentiality and should notify the Photographer in writing if they want a password reset or change.

5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g., gallery hosting, payment processors) necessary to deliver services.
